The Ultimate Workout Guide (My Routine)
The Ultimate Workout Guide contains my workout split and what my workouts consist of. I have been training for over 8 years and these workouts are intermediate to advanced. All workouts can be adjusted to fit your personal fitness needs. Add more reps and more sets or take out reps and sets. The written out workouts should be done/repeated consistently for 4-12 weeks for best results. It’s important to stick with a routine for some time before switching it up to continue to progress, increase weight, and reach your goals.
