When it comes to weight lifting and working out, the options of what you can do are endless. Compound lifts are some if not the most important lifts you should be incorporating into your workout routines. Compound lifts help target multiple muscle groups at the time and can be absolutely transformative and helpful for reaching your fitness goals.

Compound lifts work your upper and lower body while incorporating core strength as well. Aim to incorporate at least 1-3 different compound lifts per workout for best results and overall strength improvements.
